F03E intelligent fire‑extinguishing material is composed of fire‑extinguishing microcapsules and a polymeric matrix. The microcapsules consist of a polymeric shell enclosing an internal extinguishing agent; when the external temperature rises, the shell ruptures, activating the fire‑extinguishing effect and delivering precise, targeted suppression for power systems. The product can be formulated into rigid or flexible patches, foam, coatings, and other forms.
Compared with existing active fire‑extinguishing solutions on the market, this product features simpler, more straightforward trigger conditions and highly customizable deployment, delivering precise, targeted extinguishing performance that contains fires within the smallest possible area.

Typical Applications
Based on the product’s fire‑extinguishing response mechanism and its ease of installation, it can be deployed independently or integrated with a fire‑suppression system to enable refined, proactive fire‑suppression design, rapidly responding to localized ignition points and containing fires at their earliest stage.
