Process Development Manager

Job Responsibilities: 1. Take full responsibility for the development and management of process engineering; 2. Systematically analyze bottlenecks in existing production line processes, lead or participate in process optimization projects, and achieve improvements in line speed, reduced material consumption, and higher product yield through parameter optimization, process reengineering, or auxiliary tooling design; 3. Lead the process introduction and mass-production ramp-up for new products and projects, ensuring a smooth transition from R&D to large-scale manufacturing; 4. Participate in pilot production of new products, develop pilot production process plans, and collect and analyze pilot production data; 5. Ensure the seamless transfer of new products and processes from A/B samples to the mass-production line, and finalize and standardize process parameters; 6. Conduct in-depth analysis of how variations in process parameters affect final product quality characteristics, providing comprehensive process‑technical root cause analysis and improvement support to the Quality Management Department for addressing product quality issues; 7. Proactively drive continuous reductions in manufacturing costs through process optimization, improved material utilization, energy savings, and controlled consumable usage, thereby achieving cost‑reduction and efficiency‑enhancement goals; 8. Identify and assess safety and environmental risks throughout the manufacturing process, ensure that process designs and operating procedures comply with applicable regulations and internal EHS requirements, and continuously enhance process safety levels. Qualifications: 1. At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing process development, process improvement, or new product introduction; candidates with a background in polymer processing, composite materials, automotive components, or battery industries are preferred; 2. Familiarity with automated production lines and process parameter optimization, coupled with strong technical understanding; proficient in manufacturing workflows and key process control points; 3. Expertise in polymer processing, composite material forming, or related specialized manufacturing processes; familiar with DOE, SPC, FLC, FMEA, SOP, and other process development and quality tools; 4. Knowledge of APQP processes and production site management; basic understanding of EHS standards.

Process Engineer

Job Responsibilities: 1. Conduct scheduled inspections of assigned production lines or processes, verifying the setup and execution of key process parameters (e.g., temperature, pressure, speed, time). 2. Monitor product appearance, dimensions, and other quality attributes to identify potential abnormalities. 3. Serve as the primary technical responder, resolving process-related issues on the production line, such as product quality deviations, unstable equipment settings, or material compatibility problems. 4. Issue temporary process adjustment instructions and track their effectiveness. 5. Perform technical analysis on scrap and rework generated during the shift to pinpoint root causes in the process. 6. Ensure that all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), process parameter sheets, and related documents used on the shop floor are up-to-date and valid. 7. Execute predefined Design of Experiments (DOE) to collect and analyze experimental data. 10. Submit requests for document revisions and conduct training sessions for relevant personnel. 12. Evaluate the process suitability of new batches of raw materials or auxiliary materials, conducting small-scale trial runs when necessary. Qualifications: 1. Age 25–40; associate degree or higher in Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields. 2. At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering; candidates with backgrounds in lithium-ion batteries, new energy, chemical industries, or general manufacturing are preferred. 3. Solid foundational knowledge of the subject, with a deep understanding of process flows, parameter control, and material properties. 4. Proficient in using quality tools (SPC, FMEA, MSA, DOE) for data analysis and process optimization. 5. Strong sense of responsibility and quality awareness, committed to excellence and rigor; excellent problem-solving skills, clear logical thinking, and strong communication and coordination abilities; capable of collaborating effectively across multiple departments, including production, quality, equipment, and R&D. 6. Systems Engineer

Job Responsibilities: 1. In accordance with applicable quality management system standards such as IATF 16949, lead the planning, establishment, documentation, and maintenance of the company’s quality management system, ensuring it covers all relevant processes and complies with standard requirements. 2. Responsible for the full lifecycle management of internally controlled documents (including the quality manual, procedure documents, work instructions, record forms, etc.), encompassing overall planning, preparation, review, approval, issuance, distribution, modification, withdrawal, and obsolescence. 3.
