The A50-TF modified high‑insulation mica sheet is a multilayer composite structure formed by laminating modified mica sheets with high‑performance thermal insulation felt, with the edges optionally wrapped in fiberglass fabric. Through optimized composite material design, it combines the inherent high‑temperature resistance and insulating properties of the modified mica sheet with the low thermal conductivity of the high‑performance insulation felt, endowing the product with outstanding performance characteristics.

Key Performance
Fire-resistance test evaluation: Butane torch, nozzle-to-sample distance 50 mm, duration 30 min, specimen thickness 1.0 mm.
Thermal insulation performance: Flame temperature 600°C.
After 30 minutes of exposure to a 600°C flame, the back-side temperature remains no higher than 300°C.
