The P13M55 phase-change thermal interface sheet (thermal equalization) is a phase-change material designed for battery cell thermal management. It provides thermal control at the bonding interface, mitigating localized temperature fluctuations caused by cell operation.
Product features: Exhibits phase-change heat absorption and release within the 55–70°C range, enabling repeated cycling.
Application areas: Used at the tab and busbar locations of fast‑charging batteries and large‑size single cells; can serve as a thermal management material, enabling temperature buffering within the 55–70 °C range at the application site, reducing the heating rate of the protected components, and improving the operating ambient temperature.
