Product Details
The heat‑absorbing separator core material is a phase‑change material, primarily composed of hydrated salts and reinforced with composite fibers and a polymeric matrix. It undergoes multi‑stage phase transitions—solid to liquid to gas—during thermal runaway, absorbing substantial amounts of heat. After being encapsulated in a membrane‑based vacuum package, it exhibits endothermic phase change at 120–150°C, with structural thermal stability exceeding 1,000°C.

Application areas: Exhibits outstanding protective performance for high-nickel ternary and large-capacity lithium iron phosphate batteries.
