F03E intelligent fire‑extinguishing material is composed of fire‑extinguishing microcapsules and a polymeric matrix. The microcapsules consist of a polymeric shell enclosing an internal extinguishing agent; the shell ruptures when exposed to elevated temperatures, activating the fire‑extinguishing action and delivering precise, targeted suppression for power systems. The product can be formulated into rigid or flexible patches, foam, coatings, and other forms.
Compared with existing active fire‑extinguishing solutions on the market, this product features simpler, more straightforward trigger conditions and highly customizable deployment, delivering precise, targeted extinguishing performance that contains fires within the smallest possible area.

Typical Applications
Based on a product‑based fire‑suppression response approach and featuring easy installation and deployment, it can be used standalone or in conjunction with fire‑suppression systems to enable finely tuned, proactive fire‑extinguishing designs, rapidly responding to localized ignition points and containing fires at the earliest stage.
• Power batteries and energy storage systems are housed within the battery pack to eliminate open flames;
• Electrical systems/electrical cabinets, installed in fire‑prone areas, to suppress internal arcing and extinguish any flames within the cabinet;
• Computer/server rooms, located in hazardous areas, with flame suppression and no adverse impact on electrical components;
