Product features: Excellent thermal insulation performance at high temperatures, along with high compressibility and rebound.

Application areas: thermal insulation for power battery PACKs, fire‑proof and heat‑insulating protection for energy storage modules, and use in scenarios requiring cushioning to accommodate battery swelling and rebound during charging.

Key Performance

Thermal insulation performance:

At 675°C and 0.9 MPa, after 5 minutes, the pressure is relieved to 0.03 MPa, and the test is continued for 20 minutes.

Compression Performance: 
Inlet pressure: 0.008 MPa; loading rate: 2 mm/min.

20 minutes later,

Cold-side temperature: 205.6°C (2.0 mm);

Cold noodle temperature: 176.8°C (3.0 mm);

Cold noodle temperature: 160.5°C (4.0 mm);

Cold noodle temperature: 151.6°C (5.0 mm);

At 25°C and 0.15 MPa (2.0 mm), strain is 8–15%.

At 25°C and 0.15 MPa (3.0 mm), strain is 8–15%.

At 25°C and 0.15 MPa (4.0 mm), strain is 8–15%.
