C11N-AC aerogel nanocomposite sheet, comprising a nano‑insulation core material combined with double‑sided aerogel felt, formed via compression molding at a specific ratio, and encapsulated in a high‑barrier vacuum‑sealed package to create a highly compressible thermal insulation panel.
Product features: Excellent thermal insulation performance at high temperatures, along with high compressibility and rebound.
Application areas: thermal insulation for power battery PACKs, fire‑proof and heat‑insulating protection for energy storage modules, and use in scenarios requiring cushioning to accommodate battery swelling and rebound during charging.
