Product Details
C11N-C high‑insulation nano‑thermal insulation sheet is a mesoporous material primarily composed of gas‑phase silica, reinforced with composite fibers and light‑blocking agents. Its mesopore diameter is less than 50 nm, and it effectively inhibits heat conduction, thermal radiation, and convective heat transfer. After being sealed in a membrane‑type vacuum package, it can withstand temperatures up to 1300°C.
Product features: excellent thermal insulation, superior electrical insulation, outstanding temperature resistance, and customizable dimensions.
Application areas: Performs best at elevated temperatures and is suitable for high‑nickel ternary lithium‑ion batteries with large capacities, solid‑state batteries, and other applications.
