C11N-HW high‑reflectivity nano‑insulation sheet is a high‑performance, white, inorganic, rigid thermal insulation panel. It features a nano‑scale fumed silica matrix reinforced with infrared‑blocking agents and inorganic reinforcing fibers, produced via dry dispersion and high‑pressure molding, achieving a thermal conductivity as low as 0.018 W/(m·K).
Product features: White and pure, with optimal thermal insulation performance in the medium-temperature range.
Application areas: Thermal insulation and fire‑proofing layers for battery packs in new‑energy vehicles, as well as energy storage systems.
