R&D Assistant Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the research and development of functional composite materials, including technical research, product design, development testing, process‑scheme design, and sample preparation.
2. Assist with pilot-scale production of new materials, such as supporting pilot‑scale planning and addressing issues that arise during the pilot process.
3. Compile relevant documentation for new material development and coordinate technical aspects during the pilot phase.
4. Participate in trial production runs of new materials, collaborating to draft initial production procedures and quality‑control documents.
5. Address material‑design adjustments required based on feedback from the production line or customers during product operation.
6. Actively monitor industry trends and accumulate R&D resources.
Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in Materials Science, Polymer Chemistry, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
3. Strong theoretical knowledge of materials science, with proficiency in understanding and applying material‑testing methods and possessing robust material‑analysis skills.
4. Familiarity with material‑analysis and characterization techniques, as well as performance‑evaluation methods, coupled with strong abilities in experimental data analysis, organization, and synthesis.
