PQE Process Quality Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1. Establishing and managing personnel for the process quality control system;
2. Conducting process monitoring, handling abnormalities, and performing data analysis;
3. Controlling nonconforming products and driving quality improvements;
4. Supporting new product introduction and coordinating responses to customer issues.
Job Requirements:
1. Associate’s degree or higher;
2. At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing process quality control (PQE), quality engineering, or a related role; familiar with the production floor and capable of independently resolving complex process‑related quality issues; prior experience in process quality management within the automotive or battery industries, with proficiency in SPC tools, is preferred;
3. Proficient in process quality control methodologies, Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Measurement System Analysis (MSA); familiar with IATF 16949 core tools (such as PFMEA and Control Plans); knowledgeable about product manufacturing processes and common defect modes;
4. Strong on-site problem‑analysis, resolution, and organizational coordination skills; adept at using quality tools (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, Pareto charts) for data analysis; excellent communication and team‑management abilities; highly principled with a strong awareness of quality‑related risks.
