Systems Engineer

Job Responsibilities: 1. In accordance with applicable quality management system standards such as IATF 16949, lead the planning, establishment, documentation, and maintenance of the company’s quality management system, ensuring it covers all relevant processes and complies with standard requirements. 2. Responsible for the full lifecycle management of internally controlled documents (including the quality manual, procedure documents, work instructions, record forms, etc.), encompassing overall planning, preparation, review, approval, issuance, distribution, modification, withdrawal, and obsolescence. 3. Plan and implement the company’s annual internal quality system audit program, including forming audit teams, developing checklists, coordinating audit activities, preparing audit reports, and following up on corrective and preventive actions for nonconformities. 4. Prepare, organize, and coordinate management review meetings; collect input materials, draft review reports, and track the implementation of management review decisions and improvement measures. 5. Lead or participate in the planning and execution of Total Quality Management (TQM) initiatives, apply quality tools and methodologies, drive cross‑departmental quality improvement projects, and foster a culture of quality. 6. Monitor and stay abreast of the latest developments in quality‑related regulations and standards, assess their impact on company operations, and assist in integrating relevant requirements into the management system. 7. Maintain databases and information platforms related to the quality management system, ensure electronic management and easy access to system documents, and be responsible for collecting and conducting preliminary analysis of system performance data. 8. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or above. 2. At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing quality system management or internal auditing; must have led or deeply participated in the entire process of establishing, maintaining, or certifying systems such as IATF 16949/ISO 9001; certification as an internal auditor is required, with preference given to candidates familiar with automotive industry quality systems. 3. Proficient in IATF 16949/ISO 9001 and other quality management system standards and core tools; well‑versed in internal audit procedures and methods; knowledgeable about quality, environmental, and safety regulations, as well as integrated management system frameworks. 4. Possesses strong capabilities in system planning, document preparation, and process optimization; excellent organizational, coordination, communication, and training skills; and demonstrates rigorous logical thinking, analytical judgment, and problem‑solving abilities.
